This is the most exciting time of the year in the wholesale t-shirt business; the time when the new swatch catalogs are available from the main t-shirt distributors like Hanes, Gildan, Bella and Canvas, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, Anvil and my new favorite t-shirt company, Next Level Apparel. Since I own a t-shirt shop it is important to me to stay up on the new colors for t-shirts. Picking the right color for a t-shirt design makes all the difference in the world as to how successful a design can be. My company, Y-Que, aka yque.com, also specializes in letting the customer choose a different color for any of our designs, as shown here at Ekay.com and as you can tell from that design interface a lot matters when it comes to colors. Over the next few days I will be updating the color selection for the t-shirt brands I listed above and linking to the color swatches for these t-shirt companies. I know it sounds tedious, but this is the nuts and bolts of t-shirt wisdom, so only return to this page if you care. What I have heard is that bright colors are popular in Japan this year, yellow, orange, white, green and light blues, but not dark grey, or olive type colors. Just a bit of knowledge, thank me later.
